Job Description

• Overseeing all day-to-day pharmacy operations
• Ensuring the provision of quality pharmaceutical care to all patients
• Maintaining compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines
• Leading and managing a team of pharmacy staff
• Overseeing inventory and financial management
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers and patients

The Successful Applicant

A successful Pharmacist Manager should have:

• A degree in Pharmacy from a recognised university
• Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council
• Significant experience in a pharmacy management role
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong knowledge of legal and ethical pharmacy guidelines
• Outstanding patient care skills and a commitment to quality
