Job Description
Overseeing all day-to-day pharmacy operations
Ensuring the provision of quality pharmaceutical care to all patients
Maintaining compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines
Leading and managing a team of pharmacy staff
Overseeing inventory and financial management
Establishing and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers and patients
Developing and implementing pharmacy policies and procedures
Conducting regular performance reviews and providing ongoing support and training to staff
The Successful Applicant
A successful Pharmacist Manager should have:
A degree in Pharmacy from a recognised university
Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council
Significant experience in a pharmacy management role
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Strong knowledge of legal and ethical pharmacy guidelines
Outstanding patient care skills and a commitment to quality
