From enhancing member engagement to integrating innovative AI-powered solutions, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving efficiency and value across our organisation.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a tangible difference, working closely with a collaborative team of stakeholders to deliver systems that perfectly align with our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with team members to define requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
    • Implement automation and AI tools to streamline workflows and improve overall operational efficiency.
  2. Project Management
    • Plan and deliver structured programmes of work, juggling multiple CRM-related projects.
    • Liaise with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure timely project delivery aligned with business goals.
  3. Training & User Adoption
    • Empower teams to maximise the potential of our CRM (IMIS) through training, documentation, and best practices.
    • Act as the go-to technical support resource and champion system adoption across all users.
  4. Governance
    • Establish governance frameworks for IT systems, ensuring consistency, compliance, and performance.
    • Align CRM governance policies with organisational goals while addressing inefficiencies.
  5. Data-Driven Insights
    • Enhance and manage the organisation’s data strategy to ensure accuracy and integrity.
    • Develop reporting dashboards that uncover member engagement trends and inform strategic decision-making.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual with the technical expertise and leadership skills to transform our business systems.

Ideal candidate credentials include:

  1. A degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Systems, or a related field.
  2. Extensive experience with CRM platforms (preferably IMIS) and familiarity with CMS, LMS, or other operational systems.
  3. A strong background in business analysis, process improvement, and automation.
  4. Proven success managing CRM projects end-to-end, including supplier and stakeholder management.
  5. A strategic understanding of data governance and AI-driven enhancements.
