Our friendly kitchen team has been led for the past 10 years by Head Chef Sidy Kounta, who trained under Michelin-starred Claude Bosi and has a wealth of top-quality culinary experience.
Sidy takes great pride in training very junior chefs and kitchen assistants to become talented chefs in their own right. Many of our team have worked their way up with us.
