Salary: £30,000 + £43,000 + In-House Training + Career Progression + Extensive Overtime + 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays

Are you a CNC Setter & Operator with experience in CNC milling and/or turning, looking to join one of the UK's leading plastics manufacturers? This company has been thriving for nearly 4 decades and is seeking to expand its skillful and friendly team.

In this role, you will receive in-house training on the company's expertise and high-tech machinery, with opportunities for career progression into senior and managerial positions, as well as extensive overtime earning potential.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Setting up and running CNC milling and turning machines
2. Inspecting parts produced by the machines
3. Notifying areas of concern regarding machinery and products
4. Supporting operators in machine setups and programming

The Person

1. CNC Setter & Operator (Milling and Turning)
2. Experience with CNC programming is desired but not essential
3. Must be within a commutable distance to Porth
