We’re on the hunt for a Brewery Lab Technician to join our production team in South London. At Gipsy Hill we produce a mix of styles through our core and specials range. We are open to experimentation and actively champion innovation through processes, practices, and recipes.
The ‘Brewery Lab Technician’ role is a fantastic opportunity to help build out our growing Quality department and Laboratory as well as being a part of our fantastic production team. The successful candidate will report to the QC Manager and assist them in the day-to-day operations in the Laboratory and assist in packaging operations as and when necessary. The applicant should be enthusiastic about craft beer, always work to ensure analysis is carried out to the highest standard and be able to work well alone as well as with a team.
