We are Gipsy Hill – a leading independent brewery in London.

Last summer, we released the World’s First carbon-negative beers without offsets, and we are on a mission to become a carbon-negative brewery without offsets. Our hero beer, Hepcat, is the highest-rated Session IPA from any medium-sized brewery in London. We grew sales by over 30% in 2023 and have a Taproom in the Crystal Palace area.

It's an exciting time for a great company, and we’d love to have you join us!

The successful candidate will report to the QC Manager and assist them in the day-to-day operations in the Laboratory and assist in packaging operations as and when necessary. The applicant should be enthusiastic about craft beer, always work to ensure analysis is carried out to the highest standard and be able to work well alone as well as with a team.

  • Microbiological testing via plating
  • Supporting the packaging team as and when needed
