We are seeking a Global Mobility (Destination Services-Relocation) Operations Specialist to work in one of our valued client offices in London, UK. Our client is a social media video content platform for creating and sharing short lip-sync, comedy, and talent videos and with offices in most EMEA and AMS countries.
Purpose of Role:
Our client is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Global Mobility Operations Specialist to join our Destination Services team, reporting to the regional destination service lead in EMEA. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with multiple domestic and international stakeholders to support our continued growth and expansion. As a key team in our global mobility function, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the relocation and assignment processes for our international workforce. A strong foundation in HR practices and/or Global Mobility functions within a multinational setting is highly desirable.
Destination Services is mainly based on the welfare policies provided by the company, providing relocation services for cross-border transfers, new hire employees, and international assignments. This role is to support all potential operations matters for day-to-day work, as well as accompanying project work for the maintenance and growth of the function.
