The Role

Join our dynamic and flexible team, where you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of those struggling with drug and alcohol issues. As an experienced Recovery Practitioner, you'll provide essential support across various locations, ensuring our services are delivered effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cover a geographical area, supporting service delivery for short to medium periods as needed, across all our services. The locations will include:
    • Greater London
    • Surrey
    • West Berkshire
    • Cheshire West & Chester (CWAC)
    • Gloucestershire
What We Offer:
  • A comprehensive and robust induction package.
  • Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
  • Reimbursement of all reasonable travel expenses.
Requirements:
  • Be an experienced Recovery Practitioner who can hit the ground running and coach and mentor Recovery Practitioners at host site.
  • Willingness and ability to travel across Greater London and surrounding areas. The likelihood is you’ll be in one service for a period of time, but occasionally, you could be in a couple of services within a week.
  • State your geographical preference on your application. While we prioritise your preferences, flexibility to work in other areas is required.

As part of our vital work, the Via - FLEX Team has been developed to provide exceptional support and structured interventions to those we serve. This team operates flexibly across our services, ensuring we meet the needs of our clients effectively.
