Senior Compliance Officer - Regulatory Projects - Leading Hedge Fund

Our client is a leading Global Hedge Fund who are now looking for a Senior Compliance Officer to operate as a regulatory project lead, ensuring oversight and completion of all regulatory projects by the wider compliance function.

You will have broad exposure across the Compliance, Regulatory and Operational processes, working closely with the CCO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead on all regulatory processes, ensuring day-to-day completion of all regulatory related projects are successfully completed by the team.
  • Manage the regulatory horizon for matters that will impact the business, including conducting analysis and assisting with the implementation of such matters.
  • Taking on responsibility as the SMCR programme lead.
  • Acting as a point of contact and lead for the business on matters relating to all non-trading advisory Compliance.
  • Taking on ad hoc regulatory project work as required whilst also providing bespoke regulatory advice for the business, where necessary.
