ESCO Hydra UK Ltd manufactures and repairs underground mining equipment and consumables, covering shearer drums, continuous miner shells, toolholders and picks, and various heavy chains. The company is recognised as an industry leader delivering innovative products and custom engineered solutions that enhance customer productivity and safety and supports projects in the fields of renewable energy and mineral mining on a global basis.
Purpose of Role: Manages sales, controls costs, maximizes profits and develops new sales. Provides recommendations and customer information in the development and implementation of product improvements and new products to meet the needs of the market. Develops, manages and expands sales. Collaborates with engineering and manufacturing resources providing technical information and expertise. Supports customers in the technical development of products and services for both new products and product improvement. Analyses products and generates costings providing relevant quotes to customers.
