Technical Manager – North West London – Residential

Salary: up to £75,000
Location: North West London
Region: London

My client, a top 20 residential developer specializing in new build developments in both traditional build and reinforced concrete schemes, is looking to add a senior technical coordinator or technical manager to their team. This role will report into the senior technical manager/technical director.

You will oversee the technical and design team and work closely with the technical coordinators during the development process.

Duties will include:

1. Overseeing the full working drawings packages.
2. Collaborating with the architectural team to ensure packages are delivered on time.
3. Liaising with the commercial and production team during development.

The ideal candidate will have:

1. 10+ years of residential developer experience working on multiple new build developments (£5m+) from inception to completion in either traditional build or RC Frame schemes.
2. A degree or equivalent in construction or an architectural background.
3. Experience in full working drawings packages and overseeing a team from architectural technicians to senior technical coordinators.
4. The ability to liaise with commercial and production teams throughout the development.
5. Experience working on multiple sites.
