Position Overview

BOXX Modular is hiring for an Inside Sales Representative for our Stoney Creek, Ontario branch. Reporting to the Branch Sales Manager, you will work cooperatively with outside sales and other members of the BOXX Modular team. The role includes handling incoming inquiries, preparing quotations, prospecting leads, and maintaining customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Support the branch’s sales team by creating sales documents and proposals, qualifying customers, and generating reports related to sales activities.
• Manage customer inquiries and prioritize requests.
• Recommend alternate products based on cost, availability, or specifications.
• Present price and terms in accordance with standard procedures.
• Generate new and repeat sales by providing product and technical information.
• Respond, evaluate, document, and resolve product inquiries and issues.
• Track and communicate sales and rentals relative to targets.
• Contact customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and resolve complaints.
• Stay current on consumer preferences and product developments.
• Build and demonstrate product knowledge of Black Diamond Group’s products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, or marketing, or relevant experience.
• 1+ years of experience in a sales or customer service environment.
• Strong phone presence and experience with phone sales.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Demonstrable organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software (SALESFORCE).
• Valid vehicle operator’s license required.
