Regal, a leading mixed-use real estate developer, is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to support our marketing team. You will assist in creating high-quality visual content for both print and digital platforms, contributing to both the branding of our real estate developments and the sub-brands too. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, where creativity and attention to detail are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing digital and print marketing materials, including newsletters, presentations, brochures, flyers, social media posts, email campaigns, and presentations.
• Collaborate with the digital marketing team to create engaging social media content (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) using design software like Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
• Support the creation of property marketing assets, such as hoarding, lightboxes, factsheets, and corporate brochures.
• Assist in producing digital content, including short films, reels, and stories for social media platforms.
• Edit and manage visual content, ensuring alignment with Regal’s brand guidelines.
• Capture and edit photography and videography for internal events, behind-the-scenes content, and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with various departments to deliver creative assets that effectively communicate key messages.
• Stay updated on design trends, particularly within the real estate industry, and suggest innovative ideas for improving visual content.
• Help maintain and update the company’s digital content library and global website assets.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator) with the basics of InDesign.
• Basic photography and videography skills, with experience in editing software including Photoshop and Adobe Rush/Premiere Pro.
• Expert in PowerPoint.
• Experience in Mailchimp / HubSpot.
• Knowledge of web design and digital content management.
• A keen eye for layout, typography, and colour theory.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and trends, especially for creating engaging visual content.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Experience in working with a diverse range of brands and styles.
