Location: Chorley, Lancashire
Salary: £13.20 per hour (+ Overtime at £16.50) + Paid Breaks
Annual Salary: £28,828.80
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 8 pm - 8 am (two-week rolling rota)

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced care professional to lead, mentor, and supervise a team of care assistants while ensuring residents receive outstanding person-centred care.

What You'll Be Doing

Leading and guiding the care team to maintain high standards of care during night shifts
Administering medication and monitoring residents' wellbeing
Conducting risk assessments and developing personalised care plans
Ensuring compliance with safeguarding policies and CQC regulations
Promoting a positive and professional environment for both residents and staff

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in elderly or dementia care settings
Experience working night shifts in a care home environment
NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
