Night Senior Care Assistant - Lead & Inspire in a Luxury Care Home

Location: Chorley, Lancashire
Salary: £13.20 per hour (+ Overtime at £16.50) + Paid Breaks
Annual Salary: £28,828.80
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 8 pm - 8 am (two-week rolling rota)

What You'll Be Doing

  1. Leading and guiding the care team to maintain high standards of care during night shifts
  2. Administering medication and monitoring residents' wellbeing
  3. Conducting risk assessments and developing personalised care plans
  4. Ensuring compliance with safeguarding policies and CQC regulations
  5. Promoting a positive and professional environment for both residents and staff

What We're Looking For
  1. Proven experience in elderly or dementia care settings
