Experienced Cleaner / General Labourer

Job Description:
We are currently seeking an Experienced Cleaner/General Labourer with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience to join our team in Lisburn.

This position offers 40 hours of work per week, with a consistent schedule from Monday to Friday. It is a full-time permanent role, providing the opportunity for a long-term position with our company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform cleaning duties in accordance with established protocols and schedules.
• Maintain impeccable cleanliness in all areas, including floors, surfaces, restrooms, and canteens.
• Tasks will include dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and window cleaning.
• Ensure that all assigned areas are cleaned to the highest standards.
• General duties to include – Driving work van, operating a forklift, overhead crane, working with power tools (drills, saws)
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines and company policies.
• Report any maintenance issues or cleaning equipment malfunctions to the supervisor.
• Work independently and efficiently to complete cleaning and general tasks.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of cleaning experience in a similar role.
• Strong work ethic and exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency in following cleaning protocols and working independently.
• Familiarity with power tools
• Effective communication skills.
• Punctuality and reliability.
• Physical stamina to handle cleaning and general tasks.
