GSL Education Lincolnshire is seeking a dedicated Teacher of Music to join a reputable secondary school in Bourne. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic educator to inspire students and contribute to a vibrant music department.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging Music lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4.
• Develop and implement a creative curriculum that fosters students' musical abilities and appreciation.
• Organize and lead extracurricular musical activities, such as choirs, bands, or school productions.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to promote a cohesive and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Music.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students of varying abilities.
• Commitment to continuous professional development.
