The Role:

As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting, testing, and evaluating products to ensure they meet defined quality specifications. Your work will involve cross-functional collaboration, process improvement, and compliance with industry regulations.

1. Develop and implement workflows for product inspection.
2. Conduct audits, inspections, and tests on raw materials and finished products.
3. Identify and document defects, deviations, and non-conformities.
4. Perform routine quality checks, including visual inspections and functional tests.
5. Maintain accurate records and produce statistical reports.
6. Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
7. Collaborate with production, engineering, and management teams to improve quality processes.
8. Investigate customer complaints and recommend corrective measures.
9. Operate and calibrate testing equipment.
10. Train operators and logistics personnel on quality inspection procedures.

What we're looking for:

1. A minimum of 2 years in quality assurance, quality control experience in a manufacturing environment.
2. Proven experience with quality standards, methodologies, data collection and root cause analysis.
3. A strong understanding of quality standards, testing methods, and ISO regulations (ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001).
4. An analytical mindset, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills.
5. Previous experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of quality management software is advantageous.
6. Highly organised, proactive, and eager to learn and improve processes.
