Base Location: London / Manchester

The Powered Apps teams are communities of technology-focused professionals who work together to deliver KPMG Powered Enterprise through a standardized delivery model, which drives professional delivery to clients. The teams use their functional knowledge and experience (e.g., Finance, HR, Procurement), coupled with their expertise in the cloud applications (e.g., Workday, Oracle, Coupa) to lead and deliver client programs, support pre-sales activities, and develop improvements and extensions to Powered Enterprise. KPMG is growing their S&D - Powered Apps team to meet an ever-increasing demand for our market-leading services and are seeking IT management consultants with relevant expertise and experience.

What will you be doing?

• Developing end-to-end solutions using the best of good industry practice combined with understanding the optionality available within the product.
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of workstreams, including managing offshore teams in the delivery of Workday HCM Cloud transformations and business process change.
• Leading client-facing meetings and facilitation of workshops with larger groups of client teams.
• Lead an offshore team to design, configure, and test a module or process area to successful deployment for a client.
• Develop lasting client relationships and actively build a network and range of experience to help address client needs.

What will you need to do it?

• Experience of implementing at least one module of the Workday HR/HCM cloud platform.
• Certification in Workday Core HCM module.
• Background working as a Functional Consultant, advising and implementing business process changes within HR.
• Demonstrable experience of leading client-facing meetings and facilitation of workshops with larger groups of client teams.
• Been responsible for the end-to-end delivery of workstreams, including leading offshore teams to design, configure, and test a module or process area to successful deployment for a client.
• Consultancy background with experience assisting in pre-sales and business development activities.

Skills we’d love to see/Amazing Extras:

• Experience in other Workday HCM packages such as Comp & Bens, Absence, or Talent.
• Workday Certification in other modules.

This position will largely be based from London.
