About the role:

We’re looking for a team member with extensive experience in visual and audio design to create multi-channel content for campaigns and promotional assets. This includes working in our in-house studio as well as collaborating with third-party partners.

In this role, you will:

• Multimedia & Content Design: Create high-quality multimedia content (video, audio, motion graphics) to convey key messages effectively.
• Video & Photography Production: Set up equipment and produce video, audio, and photo shoots for multi-channel use, including video platforms and social media.
• Post-Production: Edit videos, adding titles, motion graphics, animations, voiceovers, music, and effects.
• Concept & Campaigns: Collaborate with content designers and stakeholders to develop concepts and storyboards for multimedia content.
• Visual Effects: Integrate visual effects (e.g., 3D rendering) to enhance video and motion content.
• Brand Delivery: Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all video and motion graphic content, including colours, logos, typography, tone, and design elements.
• Platform Design: Adapt content for various platforms, including websites, social media, mobile apps, and email.
• Collaboration: Work with colleagues in other functions (e.g., copywriters, product, events, and recognition teams) to improve creative output for future projects.
• Project Delivery: Manage multiple video and motion design projects, ensuring timely delivery through effective timeline management and stakeholder communication.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct checks to ensure video and motion design assets meet accuracy, consistency, and brand compliance standards.

Our requirements:

• Degree or other qualifications in Graphic design, Motion graphics, Animation, Visual effects or related fields.
• Experienced multimedia designer, with vast technical skills in audio and video production.
• Experienced in media production including video recording, podcast recording, and photo shoots.
• Experienced with Adobe Creative Suite and other multimedia software.
• Project delivery across multiple campaigns, with proof of a portfolio.
• Experience of a business operating in multiple European markets and nuances around culture, language, etc.
• Experience within the Health, Wellness, Fitness, Nutrition sector - strongly desired.
• Fast paced and proactive.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Creative.
• Adaptable and receptive to feedback.
