No experience is needed, as we provide an award-winning training programme that is designed to rocket launch you from a beginner to a sales superstar.

We are Protect Line, a life insurance brokerage with a difference, and we're on the lookout for vibrant, customer-oriented, and motivated individuals to join our team as an Aftersales Executive.

What will you be doing?

• Having a chat! Engaging with our existing customers who have recently purchased a policy, making sure their initial purchase ticks all their boxes, and if not, exploring other options that can.
• Mastering the art of conversation! Overcome any customer objections, and transform every 'no' into a 'tell me more'.
• Be a curious cat! By asking the right questions, determine customer needs and provide tailored solutions, earning their trust.
• Details, details, details: You'll be the Sherlock Holmes of data, capturing and recording precise information in our internal system.
• Aim for the stars: You'll strive to meet and exceed personal sales targets and KPIs, because who doesn't love a bit of healthy competition?
• Regulatory guru: You'll familiarise yourself with company policies and procedures, ensuring your conduct aligns with Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) standards.
