Plant Operator

RSW have an opportunity to join one of our longstanding clients based in Bridgend. They are a specialist waste disposal company and are looking for a motivated Plant Operative to join their team on a temporary ongoing basis.

Responsibilities:

1. Unload waste products and place into incinerators
2. Collaborate with team members to achieve deadlines
3. Perform administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and documentation

Requirements:

1. Be physically fit and able to spend 12 hours on your feet
2. Be computer literate
3. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Hours of Work:

12 hr shifts 6am-6pm and 6pm-6am (4 on 4 off)
