Horizon Care and Education Group is seeking a driven and experienced Regional Operations Manager to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in ensuring our Supported Accommodation properties across the Coventry and West Midlands area provide exceptional care and support to young people, empowering them to reach their full potential.

What you'll do:

1. Oversee the quality of care and support across all regional properties, ensuring it meets and exceeds the standards and expectations contained in its Statement of Purpose and adheres to Ofsted requirements.
2. Ensure continual quality improvement to achieve and maintain Ofsted Outstanding/Good.
3. Lead on safeguarding matters, prioritizing the safety and well-being of young people and staff.
4. Manage escalated risks, and ensure compliance with regulatory bodies including safeguarding.
5. Build strong relationships with local authorities and key agencies, securing the best outcomes for young people and promoting our services.
6. Provide inspirational leadership and support to staff at all levels, fostering a positive and high-performing team environment.
7. Ensure properties are maintained to a high standard, promoting health and safety for all.
8. Manage Local Authority contracts effectively.
9. Support the development and training needs of your teams.

What you'll bring:

1. Your competence: You have relevant experience in Management in Children's and Young People's services.

It is essential that you hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
