ROLE: Client Services Director

LOCATION: London (Waterloo, 1 day a week)

Company: An award-winning tech platform providing live data to a wide range of clients in the Retail, Automotive, FMCG, Food & Drink, and Utilities sectors. They employ a method that significantly reduces the study life cycle time and have access to over 5 million consumers on their platform.

They are currently seeking a Client Services Director to play a crucial role in end-to-end projects and client account management.

Responsibilities:

  1. Source, manage, and close deals across key sectors such as hospitality and workplace.
  2. Ensure personal sales and revenue targets are consistently met or exceeded.
  3. Manage large-scale sales projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.

Skills:

  1. Excellent research project sales experience.
  2. Proven track record in managing complex sales life cycles and exceeding revenue targets.
  3. Strong client relationship and project management skills, with a focus on collaboration and problem-solving.
