Management Accountant

Location: London - Hybrid Working

Start: ASAP

Responsibilities

• Provide end to end accounting for designated real estate UK based fund entities
• Preparing management reports for real estate investments and funds
• Assisting with the preparation of packs, including profit and loss, balance sheet, cashflows and supporting documentation
• Preparing year-end financial statements and assisting with year-end audits when needed
• Assisting with quarterly VAT reporting

Personal Profile

• ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CAANZ, CPA qualified accountant
• Prior experience working for a real estate investment firm - ESSENTIAL
• Prior experience within a management accounting role, working across P&L, balance sheet, preparation of management accounts and supporting with audit when needed
• Available to start immediately or up to 2 weeks if in work currently
