Role Overview

We are seeking a Product Manager (GRC) to drive the development and enhancement of our Empowered GRC Platform. This role will focus on product strategy, roadmap execution, and customer-driven innovation, ensuring our solutions align with market needs, regulatory requirements, and emerging trends in risk management and compliance.

As a key member of the Product Management team, you will collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success to define and execute the vision for our GRC solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain the Empowered GRC Platform roadmap, balancing customer needs, regulatory trends, and competitive differentiation.
2. Identify emerging GRC challenges, AI-driven risk management trends, and regulatory changes to shape product evolution.
3. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to define product vision, positioning, and strategic direction.

Product Development & Execution

1. Work closely with engineering, UX/UI, and data science teams to build intuitive, high-impact GRC solutions.
2. Define and prioritize feature enhancements, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
3. Leverage AI/ML technologies and automation to enhance risk detection, compliance workflows, and audit capabilities.
4. Oversee agile development cycles, managing sprints, feature releases, and backlog grooming.
5. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user interviews to identify pain points and opportunities.
6. Collaborate with customer success and sales to gather feedback and translate insights into actionable improvements.
7. Drive customer adoption and engagement by developing product education materials and best practices.

Regulatory & Compliance Expertise

1. Stay informed about global regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, SOX, NIST, ISO 27001, DORA) and translate them into product features.
2. Ensure our GRC solutions provide seamless regulatory compliance management and risk mitigation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

1. Work with marketing to define go-to-market strategies, messaging, and product positioning.
2. Support sales and presales teams with product demonstrations and technical expertise.
3. Develop product documentation, FAQs, and best practices to assist customer adoption.

Qualifications & Skills

Must Haves:

1. 3+ years in Product Management (preferably in GRC, risk management, cybersecurity, or enterprise SaaS).
2. Strong understanding of GRC frameworks, risk assessment methodologies, and compliance requirements.
3. Experience working with regulatory compliance frameworks (SOX, GDPR, NIST, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, etc.).
4. Proven ability to translate complex compliance needs into intuitive, scalable software solutions.
5. Familiarity with AI/ML applications in GRC, risk analytics, and automation.
6. Agile product management experience, including backlog prioritization and sprint planning.
7. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice-to-Haves (Preferred):

1. Background in enterprise SaaS, RegTech, or FinTech.
2. Knowledge of third-party risk management (TPRM), ESG reporting, or IT risk management.
3. Experience integrating BI, workflow automation, and APIs into enterprise GRC platforms.
4. Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or PMP.
