Position: Rural Surveyor/Senior Surveyor

Location: Market Harborough

Contract Type: Permanent

Our client, a renowned property advisory and management firm with a history dating back to 1830, is seeking a skilled Rural Surveyor/Senior Surveyor to join their team in Market Harborough. This is an excellent opportunity for an MRICS-qualified professional to work with a diverse range of retained estate management portfolios across the East Midlands region.

Position Overview

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and developing existing client relationships, delivering exceptional service, and identifying opportunities for business growth and expansion across various property market sectors, including agriculture, commercial, residential, and rural.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop client relationships and teams
• Handle lease renewals, rent reviews, and property management
• Manage income, expenditure, and budgeting for clients
• Promote and embed Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance
• Deliver high-quality service to enhance the firm's brand

Requirements

• Training background in Rural Surveying
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Effective relationship-building abilities with clients and stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Willingness to travel and work efficiently on-site
• Ambitious and forward-thinking mindset
