Job description

Court of Protection Solicitor - Salisbury

We are excited to be working with this highly regarded Court of Protection team. This successful team is seeking a Court of Protection solicitor to join them during a period of growth.

The successful solicitor will be joining a medium-sized team, based in Salisbury, who work on a hybrid basis and regularly travel to see clients.

You will be providing representation to clients within the Mental Capacity Act, managing property and affairs, deputyships, trust management, tax affairs and accounts, personal injury trusts, and applications to the Court of Protection.

You will be a qualified solicitor who has had at least one training seat in Court of Protection work. We encourage applications from all levels of Court of Protection solicitors.

Exceptional client care skills, experience in a fast-paced environment, and ambition in the area of Court of Protection are essential.
