An opportunity has come available working for one of the largest FM companies in the UK based on a brand new contract due to start from the 1st April 2025. In this role you will be working on a Healthcare contract with up to 53 sites. You'll be responsible for managing a team of approximately 9 engineers in delivering high levels of customer service and ensuring works are completed in accordance with the SLAs.

1. Electrically biased and ideally from an FM background
2. 17th or 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
3. C&G Level 2/3 Electrical Installation or equivalent
