Mobile Maintenance Supervisor
My client is a leading FM Hard services provider. They are currently seeking a mobile maintenance supervisor. You will have your city and guilds or equivalent in electrical with 18th edition and a proven track record in commercial maintenance.

Sector: Commercial Maintenance

Duties:

1. Looking after 5 other engineers
2. Ensuring PPM's and KPI's are completed
3. Conducting toolbox talks and day to day management
4. Working with the engineers and clients with any problems or maintenance tasks
5. General maintenance duties when engineers are away
6. General paperwork
7. Working with sub-contractors

Hours: 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday

Salary: Up to 46K with van, phone, company benefits and more.
