The role is based 4 days a week in the office near Maidstone and will be leading a team of 7 across EMEA.
Job Description
The HR Shared Service Manager - EMEA will be responsible for:
- Development and Implementation of global HR programs and services.
- Developing and optimising an efficient and successful Shared Service Function to better the employee experience.
- Collaborating with the HR Business Partnering teams on initiatives to support employees, ensuring HR Services are aligned to the strategic HR objectives.
- Leading Operational HR Projects e.g., building the Tier 2 service.
- Driving the use of the Workday system - optimising workflows and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
- Leading and developing a global team of 7, providing coaching and support.
- Resolving escalated and complex HR issues, providing advice and resolution on employee relations issues, policies and additional HR queries.
- Ensuring operations are aligned to relevant local employment law and regulations.
- Developing standardised processes, utilising the use of technology and driving continuous improvement.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Shared Services Manager - EMEA should have:
- Experience within a Shared Service function (Global experience is desirable).
- Proven experience in a similar industry is desirable (FMCG, Consumer Goods, Retail, Manufacturing).
- Proven experience in leading and developing a team.
- Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in HRIS and MS Office or other HR systems.
