  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and business, to ensure design consistency and alignment with brand objectives.
  5. Participate in brainstorming sessions that aim to improve and elevate the brand guidelines.
  6. Help update and maintain any website pages that might be needed by the company.
  7. Create print materials and decks/presentations for the company's endeavors to be present at conferences.

You have:

  1. 5+ years of experience in website & graphic design.
  2. A strong portfolio showcasing a deep understanding of aesthetics and design principles while effectively conveying intended messages.
  3. Expertise in fundamental design principles, including typography, color theory, composition, and branding, with the ability to articulate design thinking and rationale.
  4. Proven experience in marketing design, print design (website design is good to have).
  5. Proficiency in design tools including Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and Google Workspace.
  6. Collaborative spirit and strong communication skills to brainstorm and iterate with stakeholders and fellow designers, enhancing the overall brand identity and guidelines.
  7. Experience in delivering marketing campaigns with digital assets. Experience with consumer-facing sites, responsive sites, or software product design is a bonus but not a requirement.
  8. Expertise in key social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter), with a solid understanding of evolving formats, trends, and best practices for each.

As a person, you are:

  1. Master of self-management: thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting. You prioritize effectively, stay focused, and adapt quickly to changing needs. You take ownership of projects and deadlines with minimal oversight, delivering high-quality results consistently.
