A 2 Form Entry Primary School located in Harlow, Essex is searching for a full-time PPA primary teacher to join them in March or April 2025 on a long-term contract for the remainder of the academic year and then permanent from September 2025.

This role is open to both experienced primary teachers and ECTs. Please note, ECT induction will not be completed as a PPA teacher but will give you a solid year of whole school teaching. This school would be happy to put you through your ECT induction from September 2025 and prior to this, you would be well supported!

6. Salary: £140 - £270 per day (paid to scale)
7. Contract: Full time – Long term contract, permanent from September 2025
8. Responsibilities: Covering classes from Year 1 to Year 4

10. Training: Excellent education and training

This is a rare but fantastic opportunity, perfectly suited to a qualified primary teacher who has a genuine passion and love for teaching and learning.

You will be required to deliver set planned lessons across the primary school from Year 1 to Year 4. You will NOT be required to plan or write reports but WILL be required to mark.

The Ideal PPA Teacher:

1. Holds QTS
2. Has at least 1 year of UK primary teaching experience
3. Ability to teach across the entire school and primary phases
4. Ability to form excellent relationships and rapport with pupils
5. Be supportive and a great team player
6. Enthusiastic and passionate

The school itself is set in a lovely part of Harlow, Essex, which is walking distance from the station. There are also a number of bus routes that stop outside of the school. Parking is also available.
