I'm currently working with a key client of mine, a UK PLC Housebuilder, in assisting them with recruiting an Assistant Site Manager for their major residential scheme in Cambridgeshire. The scheme comprises of 140 traditional build units, a mixture of houses and flats.
- Take units from 2nd fix stage through to handover.
- Manage around 20 plots at one time.
- Manage the programme and subcontractors on site.
- Oversee health and safety on site.
This is a 12-month freelance role and you must hold a CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certificate.
