Procurement Coordinator - 9 month FTC - Hereford

Up to £35,000 (pro rata)

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Procurement Coordinator - 9 month FTC to join a UK known food manufacturer in the Hereford Area!

With no day ever being the same the Procurement Coordinator - 9 month FTC role offers genuine long-term progression and career development within a first-class organisation.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Managing all stock control on site with the aim to reduce stock
  • Control inventory levels in line with the budget.
  • Review material demand from the SAP process and pricing parameters
  • Ensure all orders adhere to supplier agreements and contracts
  • Assist with finance and logistics teams
  • Identify ways to increase efficiency and decrease downtime
  • Control stocks to ensure minimal stock levels and accurate stock records

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Procurement experience
  • Stock control experience
  • MRP / SAP experience
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment
  • Proficient in IT systems
