What We're Looking For

We are looking for a Social pocket rocket, an individual that understands the in's & out's of all social platforms, what is trending, relevant, builds community & will go viral across social media.

This is not a safe copy & paste role, this is a brand & community driving get your hands dirty type of role.

Working remotely within the UK as part of the marketing team, this individual will focus on working across all platforms, maintaining brand relevancy, engagement and aligning the brand with our target market.

What You'd Be Doing In This Role
  1. Supporting content delivery from concept through to launch across digital platforms
  2. Content creation with a planned calendar schedule specific for each social platform
  3. Assisting with a brand content plan for the how & what leading to successful content across all social platforms
  4. Brainstorm, brief and execute activities across social that go beyond product into consumer lifestyle
  5. Organise & support projects to ensure all elements are planned, prepared and delivered
  6. Utilise all opportunities to connect the brand with on trend social associations & relevant collaborations
  7. Work with creators to ensure the brand is aligned with those best suited for the target market
  8. Search, source & recruit new creators, influencers and ambassadors
  9. Play the part of social in all products launches & brand campaigns
Skills And Qualifications Needed To Get The Job Done
  1. Proven delivery of successful viral content or engagement (if this is your first rodeo, it's likely you won't be for us)
  2. A proactive creative ideas & solution based mind set (copy & paste folks need not apply)
  3. Understanding & awareness of social media developments, trends and successes
  4. Ability to support projects, including timeline tracking, stakeholder engagement and problem solving
  5. Exceeds at relationship development and teamwork
  6. Ability to write a strategic & creative briefs from a blank page
  7. Strong understanding of and interest in the consumer goods industry with extensive knowledge of trends occurring in other industries
