Are you an experienced Senior Structural Technician looking for your next challenge? Join a well-established Newcastle-based company with over 20 years of success, a strong team culture, and excellent staff retention!
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications: HNC/HND (or equivalent) in Civil & Structural Engineering
Software Skills:
- Proficient in Revit for modelling
- Able to produce 2D drawings in AutoCAD (preferred, but not essential)
Role & Responsibilities
You’ll be involved in a variety of exciting projects, including:
- Foundation layouts (piled foundations, pile caps, pads, rafts, retaining walls)
- Structural steel layouts, elevations, sections, and 3D views
- Ground & upper floor slab detailing
- Project management, meetings & liaising with design teams
What We Offer
Working Hours: 37.5 hours/week, office-based with up to 2 days remote working if needed
Holidays: 28 days + your birthday off + bank holidays
Pension: Employer 3%, Employee 4% (+ 1% tax relief, total 8%)
