Our client is an established manufacturing business, and the hiring manager for this role is an engineer by 'trade' who has undertaken a business development role himself in the past and is happy to consider the right engineer to do similar.
Manage your own time: The company has a flexible approach to how you achieve your goals, whether you prefer travelling to meet in person with potential clients or utilising tools such as Teams or Zoom.
No two days the same: There will be plenty of variety, both in terms of your day-to-day duties and in servicing a diverse customer base with differing needs.
Plenty of support: You will collaborate closely with a team that has extensive technical knowledge and expertise to support you in getting up to speed, along with a marketing team on site to aid with data and marketing campaigns.
Working for a growing company: There has been continual investment and growth in the business, with new equipment and systems introduced to broaden their product offering.
Our prestigious client, a family-run stalwart of South Wales boasting a 55-year legacy, is part of an expansive international group. They are renowned for their continuous investment in the site and for nurturing a supportive, tight-knit team culture.
A salary of up to £50,000 (dependent on experience) with scope for this to improve as you gain experience and prove to be successful in the role, along with pension, potential annual bonus, and 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
Core working hours would be Monday to Thursday, 8am - 4:30pm; Fridays, 8am - 2:30pm although some flexibility is needed around travel requirements of the role.
