  1. Loading and unloading equipment from vehicles.
  2. Preparing and testing equipment to pre-set company procedures across all departments.
  3. PAT testing electrical equipment where required.
  4. Working together with teammates to ensure that orders are fulfilled timely, accurately, and delivered on time.
  5. Communicating with the management team and escalating any concerns that relate to orders not being fulfilled.
  6. Checking equipment in and out to pre-set company standards and documenting and recording missing and damaged equipment with the company asset management system.
  7. Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe working environment.

What can we offer you in return? You’ll be joining a highly successful FTSE100 company, the UK’s largest equipment rental provider. We provide an industry-leading flexible rewards package including generous holiday allowance (with the opportunity to buy and sell annual leave), life assurance, retail discount scheme, employee recognition awards, and a great company pension scheme.

About You

If you join us, we’ll provide you with a comprehensive company induction and training programme, and we’ll work with you to identify your personal development needs and career progression plan. What you will need to bring to the role from day one:

  1. You will have previous experience within the Film & Television equipment rental, preferably in lighting equipment.

  3. The successful applicant will be highly motivated, work well under pressure, and have a keen eye for detail on every level.
  4. You will have sufficient equipment knowledge and be able to communicate to an acceptable standard with colleagues.
  5. You will be required to encourage a collaborative working environment and work towards creating a positive culture within what is an unpredictable high-pressure industry.
  6. You will be expected to go above and beyond to fulfill hire obligations and be adaptable to last-minute changes. Additional hours will be needed.

  8. You must be able to work at pace to meet deadlines of delivery.
