Senior Quantity Surveyor

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor/Cost Manager to secure a position with a hugely successful international Data Centre developer.

The successful candidate will be involved in a variety of post-contract duties and will be responsible for managing and monitoring the appointed consultancies on a number of live Data Centre projects. A strong main contractor or specialist M&E subcontractor background is preferable, although candidates with Data Centre client side or consultancy experience are also encouraged to apply.

Applicants will ideally have the following:

• Experience of BOQ reviews
• Contract reviews
• 5-8 years post-qualification experience
• Ideally some MEP experience

Although based in Central London, the role will involve regular travel to projects in a number of European locations.
