We are recruiting for an Account Director for a globally recognised FM & Workplace services business. With a truly global reach, they manage and deliver wide-ranging services into high-end workspace for technology, pharma, finance, and professional services businesses.

As the Account Director, you will be responsible for the following key areas:

  • Management and delivery of IFM services across multiple buildings
  • Responsibility for a large P&L (10mil)
  • Driving service improvements and ensuring best-in-class IFM delivery
  • Leadership of delivery team
  • Upskilling and developing future leaders
  • Identifying commercial opportunities & developing contract scope
  • Building relationships with exec level stakeholders

We are looking for a dynamic, client-facing IFM professional with a track record of delivering high-end customer service into corporate environments. A Hard FM or engineering background would be advantageous.
