The Job
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Secondary Business Studies Teacher to join this vibrant team. In this role, you will:

1. Plan and deliver engaging lessons to students of varying abilities, aligned with the national curriculum.
2. Inspire a love for entrepreneurship, economics, and financial literacy.
3. Support students’ development through differentiated instruction, ensuring all learners achieve their potential.
4. Work collaboratively with colleagues to foster a cohesive and innovative Business Studies department.
5. Contribute to extracurricular activities, including enterprise clubs, business competitions, or economics workshops.

Could This Be Right For You? Are You…..

1. Qualified: Hold a teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS) and a degree in Business Studies or a related field.
2. Experienced: Ideally, have 2+ years of experience teaching Business Studies, though we are open to ECTs with a strong passion for teaching.
3. Skilled: Demonstrate excellent communication, classroom management, and lesson planning abilities.
4. Personable: Resilient, adaptable, and a team player who can build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

Desirable Skills:

1. Experience teaching Business Studies at GCSE or A-Level.
2. SEN experience or training.
3. A flair for integrating emerging technologies into your teaching methods.
