This growing residential property developer is seeking a Finance Business Partner to provide crucial financial support to one of their most high-profile divisions. You will provide valuable insights, support decision-making, and help ensure that financial objectives are met. Your role will involve working closely with senior management to optimise financial performance, improve efficiency, and deliver results aligned with the organisation's goals.

The key duties of this Finance Business Partner are as follows:

  • Prepare and deliver detailed financial reports, forecasts, and analysis to support the department, including assessing investment opportunities.
  • Develop strong working relationships with senior leaders, offering financial advice and challenging financial assumptions to drive value.
  • Lead the annual budgeting process for the division, oversee expenditures, and ensure robust financial controls.
  • Deliver monthly performance updates, analysing key metrics and providing insights into financial trends and risks.
  • Offer financial input on key projects, such as asset investments and capital works, to ensure financial viability.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and drive initiatives to improve financial efficiency while maintaining high service standards.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, to meet financial objectives and reporting requirements.
