This position is for a personal assistant for a young lady who has learning disabilities and can present challenging behaviours at times. The position is for 21 hours per week, on a four-week rolling rota, including one or two shifts on a weekend, but not every weekend.

You need to be flexible, as shifts are from 8am to 3pm and 3pm to 10pm.

You will be working on a one-to-one basis, with two ladies living in the house, therefore two members of staff will be on duty at all times. A driver is required, as a car (automatic) is available for use. Personal care is required, and an enhanced DBS check is necessary.

The pay rate is £15.00 per hour, and you will accrue annual leave based on the hours worked. Shadow shifts will be provided. Please contact me for more details.
