Experienced Recruitment Consultant (All Sectors)

Leeds: City Centre Location

Starting Basic Salaries: £33,000 to £53,000 (DOE) + Uncapped Commission

Hybrid: 3 days office + 2 days from home

Experience in ALL recruitment sectors & industries will be considered - BUT you must have a proven track record in sales / business development / 360 recruitment model and provide examples of building and developing a vertical market with both clients and candidates.

The Leeds office is building a New Business Development - Contract Focused - CRM / Salesforce Recruitment Team. We have had amazing success in Bristol in this market and have developed a portfolio of clients in the North giving us the platform to grow and develop a new team from the Leeds office and be closer to our customers.

Ideally you will be a seasoned IT / Tech Contract Recruiter, however we are also very interested in speaking with experienced recruitment consultants from similar or other recruitment sectors looking to move into IT / Tech. But you must be able to demonstrate 360 / BD success in your current recruitment role. "Recruitment is Recruitment" BUT if you are unable to provide examples of building and developing a market with both clients and candidates, then this particular role will not be for you.
