We are looking for flexible and dynamic band 7 rotational clinical pharmacists for Division D (Cardiovascular & Thoracics, Neurosciences and Trauma & Orthopaedics). If you are interested in a band 7 role but unsure whether you want to specialise in a specific area then this is the role for you. You will have the chance to gain experience working within both medical and surgical specialities in order to continue to develop your CV.

- This is a vacancy for full time or part time band 7 clinical pharmacists to work with specialist pharmacists in all three areas.
- The chance to work in the tertiary services of CV&T and neurosciences and a level 1 trauma unit.
- 1 in 5 late nights until 7pm.
- All staff are required to contribute to extended hours, weekends & bank holidays as part of core hours. This includes general dispensary duties such as dispensing prescriptions and clinical pharmacy duties.

We are advertising both a band 7 and a band 6-to-7 progressive position.
Our preferred candidate would be someone who is able to work immediately at band 7 level. Therefore if we have an applicant who is appointable to the role, they will be offered the position. However if we do not have a suitable band 7 applicant, then we will consider offering the post as a development opportunity to a pharmacist who fulfils the requirements of a band 6 pharmacist and is willing to work towards becoming a band 7 pharmacist.
