We’re looking for a skilled and creative Videographer & Editor to join our team and take our visual storytelling and podcast production to the next level.
About UsPhonic Content is a leading podcast and content creation agency based in London. We have successfully launched over 180 podcasts for entrepreneurs, brands, influencers, and media companies, helping them reach global audiences through branded content and organic marketing.
The RoleAs our Videographer & Editor, you will be responsible for planning, shooting, and editing high-quality content across long-form and short-form formats, ensuring everything we produce is engaging, trend-driven, and visually outstanding.
This role is perfect for someone who is social media-savvy, can spot viral trends, and knows how to package content for maximum audience reach. You will also play a key role in setting up, managing, and producing in-person podcast recordings in our 4K studio and on-location setups for clients.

Social Media & Trend Awareness
At least 2 years of experience in video production, content creation, or a similar role.
Proficiency in video editing software (especially Adobe Premiere Pro).
Experience in setting up and managing multi-camera productions, including lighting & audio.
A strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and podcasting trends.
Ability to handle fast turnarounds and meet content deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
A self-starter with creative vision, who can conceptualize content ideas without constant supervision.
Experience working with social media content, influencer marketing, and brand storytelling.
A keen interest in podcasts, content marketing, and digital media.
Bonus: Experience in podcast audio editing & live-stream production is a plus!

Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm)
Salary: £24,000 – £30,000 per year (depending on experience)
