Cardo Group is a social housing property maintenance company. Our multi-company group provides quality, value for money maintenance, compliance and retrofit services across the south west, south east and midlands. Future plans will see this develop into a national footprint.
ROLE OVERVIEW:We have a fantastic opportunity to join our HR Team at Cardo in our Cardiff Offices. As HR Coordinator, you will be working closely with the Head of HR and wider HR function to support our ambitious people plans. This will be a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations, while contributing to a positive employee experience. You will also work closely with the wider People Function, supporting plans and initiatives to improve our people experience and support an engaged and growing workforce.
