As we raise funds for our Seed Round, we’re looking for a Director of Fundraising to lead our investment strategy, secure funding, and build strong investor relationships. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in a high-impact deep-tech startup while benefiting from equity ownership. The ideal candidate would have a strong network of investors!

Your Role

As Director of Fundraising, you will:

Develop & execute our fundraising strategy, focusing on securing Seed investment.
Engage and negotiate with angel investors, VCs, and grant bodies.
Revise investment materials (pitch decks, financial models, and business cases).
Lead investor relations, building a strong network and fostering long-term partnerships.
Collaborate with the leadership team to refine our financial and growth strategy.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in fundraising, investment strategy, or venture capital.
A strong network within the climate tech, deep-tech, or material science sectors.
Ability to secure Seed funding and navigate the investment landscape.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and financial planning skills.
Passion for sustainability, graphene, and the future of circular economies.
