Senior Conference Producer

Are you an expert in conference logistics and event production? We are seeking a Senior Conference Producer for an exciting high-profile pharma event in London! If you have experience managing AV, stage set-ups, show calls, and logistics for large-scale conferences, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all AV logistics and stage set-ups for the event in London.
• Oversee show calls, ensuring smooth transitions between sessions.
• Review and manage slide deck content, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Coordinate speaker rehearsals, including prepping and micing up speakers.
• Ensure the event agenda adheres to timings, keeping everything running smoothly.
• Attend pre-event briefings and calls (8 hours max).

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in managing AV, logistics, and stage set-ups for large-scale conferences.
• Expertise in show calling and live event timing.
• Strong understanding of slide deck oversight.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable working in high-pressure environments with strict timelines.
• Experience coordinating speaker rehearsals and prep.
