Senior Planner - Top 10 Contractor

Senior Planner - a Top 10 contractor is searching for a Senior Planner to join their growing commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Planner to work on major design and build projects ranging from £5m to £100m.

The initial projects include MOD and MOJ contracts ranging from £20m - £60m under long-term framework agreements.

Requirements:

1. Experience working as a Planner / Senior Planner
2. Experience working for Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor
3. Good working knowledge of ASTA or MS Project
4. Experience on projects from £5m+

Key Duties:

1. Tender and construction phase planning
2. Working on projects from £5m - £100m
3. Identifying opportunities & risks
4. Using ASTA Power Project

Salary & Package:

1. Great basic salary of £65,000 - £70,000 (DOE)
2. Company car or allowance (£6,000)
3. Performance related bonus
4. Pension & Healthcare

To qualify for the higher rate of pay, you must be able to demonstrate a track record as a Senior Planner delivering construction projects for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 building contractor ranging from £10m+
