Junior Property Manager

Junior Property Manager - Hiring in London and home counties - West End office.

My client, founded around 10 years ago, is a well-respected independent multi-disciplined firm of Chartered Surveyors offering a wide range of professional services to Lenders, Investors, Developers, and Occupiers of both Residential and Commercial property.

It is an exciting time for them as they are in the process of merging with a well-known property agency that has a larger company size, around a 40-person headcount, so the office will be lively. Their existing team focuses on property management, dispute resolution, and wider real estate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Property management for residential and commercial properties.
• Assist in dispute resolution processes.
• Collaborate with team members on real estate projects.

Compensation:

• Basic Salary - £30,000 - £35,000
• Bonus - To be discussed at interview stage
• Car allowance - To be confirmed at interview stage depending on level
• Pension contribution (% to be confirmed)
• Office-based position with flexibility
• CPD costs covered and travel expenses covered

All figures quoted above are approximate, and there may be additional car allowance/bonus payments.
